Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time
Standard delivery time is 6 to 9 business days from dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping fees
Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. Original shipping charges are non refundable once an order has shipped.

Order changes and address issues
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.

Tracking and lost parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, first check with other household members and neighbours and look in safe drop areas. If it is still missing, contact us and we will help open an enquiry with the carrier.

Delivery delays
Weather events, peak periods, customs inspections, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We will do our best to help but these delays are outside our control.

Split shipments
If an order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
